Please read the terms and conditions of use below carefully before accessing or using our services.
Bookings – St John will provide you with your booking confirmation upon receipt of a deposit fee of 70% of your total payment.
Payment- Payment can be made via cheque, EFTPOS, or direct debit and must be made seven (7) days before the date of commencement of the training course.
Notice of Cancellation, Postponement, or Withdrawal - A written notice for cancellation, postponement, or withdrawal must be provided to the St John First Aid Training 24 hours before the date of commencement of the training courses. A No Show Fee will be applied if notice is not received.
Refund for Training Course Withdrawal –St John will charge a 20% administration fee from the total payment for refund of the training course upon receipt of a written notice referred above.
Training Course Outside NCD - The applicant entity must provide and will be responsible for cost relating to the following:
Transportation (which includes airfares and transportation to and from the venue of training course); and
Quotation – Quotation will be provided within two (2) business days after its request.
